blinc eG is a European cooperative dedicated to innovation and sustainable human and societal development. The organization specializes in promoting advanced learning processes across all educational sectors—including Vocational, Adult, and Higher Education. blinc focuses specifically on competence development that occurs outside traditional formal curricula, empowering individuals and organizations to recognize and certify practical skills acquired in diverse environments.
The LEVEL5 Approach At the core of blinc’s expertise is the unique LEVEL5 taxonomic system. DEULA-Nienburg is a premier, independent educational center and a leader in high-quality vocational training for agricultural, technical, and handicraft professions. Established in 1962, it has grown into the largest training facility of its kind in Germany, serving as a modern hub for professionals to deepen their technical expertise and optimize agricultural production.
Infrastructure & Capacity Operating across a vast 6-hectare campus with 9,000 m² of specialized training facilities, DEULA-Nienburg hosts approximately 80,000 training days per year. The center is equipped with:
Advanced Learning Spaces: 29 high-tech classrooms and 3 conference halls.
Full-Service Campus: A hotel residence with 230 beds, on-site dining, and recreational facilities.

Professional School of Elbasan (Albania)
As one of Albania’s key vocational training institutions, the Professional School of Elbasan will serve as a pilot site for testing the newly developed craft training modules. The school has strong ties to the local craft industry, making it an ideal environment for implementing practical, hands-on training.
Key responsibilities:
• Testing and implementing the updated VET curriculum, ensuring that students receive training
that is aligned with industry needs.
• Hosting hands-on workshops in collaboration with artisans and trainers.
• Providing feedback on training materials and tools, ensuring that they meet the needs of both
students and educators.

AgriNet – Albania
AgriNet Albania is a dedicated Non-Profit Organization (NGO) focused on the sustainable development of rural communities across Albania.
