Activities

The B4CVET project is implemented through a series of work packages that guide the project activities from project management and research to training development, pilot implementation and dissemination of results.
Each work package contributes to strengthening vocational education and training systems and supporting the development of skills related to sustainable agriculture and bioenergy.

WP1 – Project Management and Coordination

Lead partner: DEULA Nienburg – Germany
Duration: Months 1–36

Objectives

This work package ensures the effective coordination, administration and financial management of the project. It guarantees that the project activities are implemented according to the work plan and in compliance with Erasmus+ regulations.

Key Activities

  • Establishment of the Project Management Team
  • Organisation of the project kick-off meeting
  • Regular coordination meetings among project partners
  • Monitoring project implementation and deliverables
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Risk management and internal communication

Lead partner: Irish Bioenergy Association (IrBEA) – Ireland
Duration: Months 3–12

Objectives

This work package focuses on analysing the current situation of vocational education and training in the bioenergy and agricultural sectors in partner countries.

The objective is to identify skills gaps, labour market needs and training requirements that will guide the development of innovative training programmes.

Key Activities

  • Mapping of the bioenergy sector in partner countries
  • Analysis of existing vocational education programmes
  • Identification of skills gaps and training needs
  • Stakeholder consultations with industry and education providers
  • Development of a sector needs analysis report

Duration: Months 10–24

Objectives

This work package focuses on developing innovative training programmes and learning materials related to bioenergy and sustainable agriculture.

The objective is to modernise vocational education programmes and support the development of skills required in emerging sectors.

Key Activities

  • Development of vocational training curricula
  • Creation of learning modules and training materials
  • Development of teacher resources and teaching guidelines
  • Integration of digital learning tools
  • Preparation of training programmes for pilot implementation

Milestones

M8 – Draft training curriculum developed (Month 16)
M9 – Training modules completed (Month 20)

Lead partner: Agriculture High School Mihal Shahini – Albania
Duration: Months 18–30

Objectives

This work package aims to test and validate the training materials developed within the project through pilot activities implemented in partner institutions.

The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed training resources and improve them based on feedback from teachers and students.

  • Organisation of pilot training activities in partner institutions
  • Workshops and training sessions for teachers and students
  • Testing of learning modules and teaching resources
  • Collection of feedback from participants
  • Evaluation of pilot activities

Duration: Months 1–36

Objectives

This work package ensures the visibility and dissemination of project results and supports the long-term sustainability of the developed training programmes.

Key Activities

  • Development of the project dissemination strategy
  • Creation and maintenance of the project website
  • Publication of project results and learning materials
  • Organisation of dissemination events and stakeholder workshops
  • Promotion of project outcomes through media and communication channels
  • Development of sustainability and exploitation strategy
