About Us

Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Vocational Education

B4CVET is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training project that aims to strengthen vocational education systems by supporting the development of modern, flexible and labour-market oriented training programmes. Across many regions, vocational education institutions face challenges in adapting their training offer to rapidly changing labour market needs. Many training programmes remain outdated, while new sectors require skills related to digitalisation, innovation and sustainable economic development. B4CVET addresses these challenges by supporting vocational education providers, teachers and institutions to modernise their training approaches and improve the quality and relevance of vocational education.

The project focuses on strengthening institutional capacities, developing innovative training resources and promoting cooperation between vocational schools, businesses and sector stakeholders. Through international cooperation and exchange of experience between partner organisations, B4CVET will support the development of practical training methodologies, modern learning materials and new opportunities for students to acquire skills that respond to current labour market needs.

The long-term objective of B4CVET is to improve the attractiveness, quality and effectiveness of vocational education and training while strengthening the connection between education systems and the labour market.
