This section provides access to the main results and deliverables developed within the B4CVET project throughout its implementation. The project includes a defined list of deliverables covering its different work packages, activities, and expected results. In line with the project’s dissemination requirements, all deliverables classified as Public (PU) are made openly available on this page and can be accessed or downloaded by interested stakeholders, VET providers, professionals, researchers, policymakers and the wider public.
Deliverables that are not classified as public may contain sensitive, confidential or internal project information and are therefore not published on the B4CVET website. These deliverables are submitted through the SyGMa platform of the EU Funding & Tenders Portal in accordance with the project’s contractual and reporting requirements.
The Results section will be continuously updated during the project lifetime as new public deliverables are completed, approved and made available for dissemination.
WORK PACKAGE 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL
D1.1 – PM Monitoring and Controlling System
A structured system supporting the effective management and monitoring of B4CVET. It brings together partnership arrangements, financial control and progress monitoring to track project activities, deliverables, milestones, budgets and partner reporting.
D1.2 – Communication and Collaboration System
A structured system supporting effective communication and collaboration among B4CVET partners. It combines a shared digital workspace, regular online meetings and collaborative tools to facilitate coordination, information exchange and joint project implementation.
WORK PACKAGE 2: DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCE FRAMEWORK AND COURSES
D2.1 – Research Design and Methodology
The methodology guiding B4CVET research activities, combining desk research, online questionnaires and focus group interviews. It provides a common approach for collecting and analysing information on biochar, Circular Carbon Economy and VET needs.
D2.2 – B4CVET Research Report
A comprehensive report presenting findings from desk research, questionnaires and focus group interviews. It identifies existing practices, VET needs, relevant initiatives and the competences required for education and training on biochar and the Circular Carbon Economy.
D2.3 – Contextualised Competence Frameworks Related to the Specific Sectoral Learning Situations
A competence framework defining key action and learning fields for VET in the context of biochar and the Circular Carbon Economy. It supports trainers and professionals in designing relevant learning activities and practical projects adapted to specific contexts.
D2.4 – LMS with Modules and Learning Units
A digital learning environment providing courses, modules and learning units on biochar and the Circular Carbon Economy. The resources support the Training of Trainers and pilot activities and are designed for continued use by VET educators, learners and professionals.
WORK PACKAGE 3: PILOTING AND TRANSFER INTO B4CVET PROJECTS AND COURSES
D3.1 – Training of Trainers Event at the Biochar Centre of Excellence in Göttingen, Germany
A blended Training of Trainers programme for educational professionals, combining online learning with face-to-face training in Germany. It focuses on biochar, the Circular Carbon Economy and methods for designing and facilitating collaborative learning projects.
D3.2 – Students and Professionals Study Visit
A study visit bringing Albanian VET students and professionals to DEULA Nienburg in Germany. The programme combines practical learning, real-life examples and collaborative activities to strengthen participants’ knowledge and experience in the project’s thematic areas.
D3.3 – B4CVET Pilot Courses Delivered at Both VET Providers in Albania and in the Agricultural Businesses
Pilot courses implementing B4CVET learning modules with students and professionals in Albania. Delivered through VET providers and agricultural businesses, the pilots test the developed learning resources in practice and generate experience for their improvement and transfer.
D3.4 – Joint Learning and Development Projects for Students and Professionals
Practical learning projects engaging VET students, professionals and businesses in addressing real challenges related to biochar. Activities explore residual biomass utilisation, Circular Carbon Economy solutions and the development of sustainable biochar value chains.
WORK PACKAGE 4: DISSEMINATION AND SUSTAINABILITY
D4.1 – Dissemination and Sustainability Plan
The strategic framework for communicating and promoting B4CVET and its results. It defines target groups, communication channels, dissemination activities and partner responsibilities while supporting the visibility, uptake and long-term sustainability of project outcomes.
D4.2 – Project Website
The official B4CVET website serves as the project’s central online information and communication platform. It provides public access to information about the project, partnership, activities, news, events, resources and results throughout the project lifecycle.
D4.3 – Promotional Materials
A collection of communication and promotional materials developed to strengthen the visibility and recognition of B4CVET. The materials support partners in presenting the project, communicating its objectives and reaching relevant stakeholders and wider audiences.
D4.4 – Newsletters
A series of four B4CVET newsletters providing regular updates on project activities, achievements, events and results. The newsletters support continuous engagement with stakeholders and help disseminate key project developments to professional and wider audiences.
D4.5 – Network Documentation
Documentation supporting the development and sustainability of the B4CVET network. It presents capacity-building services, the blended learning approach, relevant learning resources and the conditions and arrangements for organisations interested in joining the network.
D4.6 – Final Event
The B4CVET final event will bring together project partners, VET representatives, businesses and other stakeholders in southern Albania. It will showcase key project results, experiences and lessons learned while promoting networking, transfer and future cooperation.
