Results

The B4CVET project develops practical resources, training materials and research outputs aimed at strengthening vocational education and training in the bioenergy and sustainable agriculture sectors.

These results support vocational schools, teachers, students and sector stakeholders by providing innovative learning materials, updated training curricula and new opportunities for skills development aligned with labour market needs.

All project results will be publicly available and can be downloaded from this page once they are completed.

The developed materials are designed to support:

  • vocational education institutions
  • teachers and trainers
  • students in vocational education programmes
  • agricultural and bioenergy sector stakeholders
  • organisations working in sustainable energy and rural development

WP1 – Project Management

D1.1 Project Management Plan

This document defines the overall management structure of the project. It outlines partner responsibilities, communication procedures, reporting timelines and quality monitoring mechanisms. The management plan ensures that all partners implement the project activities effectively and in line with Erasmus+ requirements. Status: Planned

WP2 – Needs Analysis and Sector Assessment

D2.1 Bioenergy Sector Needs Analysis Report

This report analyses the current situation of vocational education and training related to the bioenergy sector in partner countries. The study identifies: • existing training programmes • labour market needs • skills gaps in the bioenergy sector • training needs of teachers and students The report provides the foundation for the development of training curricula and learning materials within the project. WP3 – Training Programme Development

D3.1 Bioenergy Training Curriculum

This deliverable presents an updated vocational training curriculum focused on bioenergy and sustainable agriculture. The curriculum integrates: • technical knowledge related to bioenergy systems • sustainable agricultural practices • digital tools for modern agricultural management • entrepreneurship and business skills The curriculum will support vocational schools in modernising their training programmes. WP3 – Training Programme Development

D3.2 Teacher Training Toolkit

The Teacher Toolkit provides practical teaching resources and guidelines for educators working in vocational education programmes related to agriculture and bioenergy. It includes: • teaching methodologies • lesson plans and workshop activities • digital tools for vocational education • guidelines for practical training Status: Planned

WP3 – Training Programme Development

D3.3 Student Learning Modules

This deliverable includes structured learning modules designed for students participating in vocational education programmes related to bioenergy and sustainable agriculture. The modules focus on: • sustainable energy solutions in agriculture • biomass and renewable energy sources • environmental sustainability • entrepreneurship and innovation Status: Planned

WP4 – Pilot Implementation and Capacity Building

D4.1 Pilot Training Report

This report presents the results of pilot training activities implemented in partner institutions. It includes feedback from teachers and students, evaluation of training materials and recommendations for further improvement. Status: Planned

WP5 – Dissemination and Sustainability

D5.1 Dissemination and Communication Strategy

This document outlines the communication strategy of the project, including dissemination objectives, communication tools and stakeholder engagement activities. It ensures that project results reach a wide audience. Status: Planned

D5.2 Sustainability and Exploitation Strategy

This deliverable presents the strategy for ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project results. It includes recommendations for integrating training materials into vocational education systems and promoting the continued use of project resources. Status: Planned

Work Packages Overview

The B4CVET project is structured into several work packages that guide the implementation of project activities, from project coordination and research to training development, pilot activities and dissemination of results. Each work package contributes to achieving the overall objective of strengthening vocational education and training in the bioenergy and agricultural sectors.
